1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy applies specifically to payments made through the online payment gateway on our website or digital platforms. By initiating a payment through our gateway, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is successfully processed via the payment gateway, an automated confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to the customer with the transaction details and invoice (if applicable).
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
3. Refund Policy for Online Payments
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a double payment, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed.
- Failed Transaction: If your payment is deducted but not processed or confirmed, and the transaction fails.
- Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled before the initiation of manufacturing, dispatch, or installation (subject to approval by our team).
- Product Unavailability: If the purchased product or service becomes unavailable after payment is made.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and returned to the original source of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Note: No refunds will be provided for:
- Customized/made-to-order products already in production.
- Installation/inspection charges or logistics costs already incurred.
- Services already rendered.
4. Returns Policy
Due to the technical and customized nature of our products (such as STP Plants, ETP Plants, RO Plants, etc.), physical returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
- Customer informs us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition.
Returns must be approved by our technical team after inspection.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of successful payment if processing has not yet started.
- Orders for customized solutions or equipment under production cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within the standard timeline.

In case of any dispute or concern regarding payment or refund, customers are advised to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all genuine issues promptly and fairly.
